Podwórka

The American photographer, sculptor, and filmmaker Sharon Lockhart creates fascinating and complex interactions between the various media and forms she employs and the communities and people she collaborates with.

A ubiquitous architectural element of the city, Łódź’ courtyards are the children’s playgrounds. Separated from the streets, they provide a sanctuary from the traffic and commotion of the city.

Lockhart’s Rudieznko (2016) will also be screened.
